How I Help

I believe therapy works best when you feel truly seen, understood, and supported in finding solutions that actually work for your life – not someone else’s blueprint.

What It's Like Doing Therapy With Me

First things first:

I'm a real person who believes therapy can be both deep and enjoyable. My clients often tell me they appreciate my ability to:

  • Cut through confusion to find practical solutions

  • Hold space for complex emotions without getting stuck

  • Understand nuanced situations quickly

  • Navigate serious topics while keeping hope alive

  • Be flexible when life throws curveballs (because it will!)

A Typical Session

Whether we're meeting in my cozy Atlanta office or online, sessions feel like talking with someone who really gets it – and has the professional skills to help you move forward. We'll focus on what's most important to you that day, whether that's:

  • Processing big emotions

  • Finding practical solutions

  • Making difficult decisions

  • Exploring identity and meaning

  • Building coping strategies

  • Planning next steps

Questions? Let's chat. No question is too big, too small, or too "out there" – I've probably heard it before!
